These units are often used by sailors, kiters, surfers, windsurfers and paragliders. My sandwich was delivered and I ordered beer 2.

Diskothek Red - Went randomly last Sunday afternoon and was very surprised how dead it was for football sunday! Love that they have Hoegaarden on tap and serve it in the official clunky glass!

Situated in an red stone fränkisch crumbach stone stable, the Red Stone Pub gives off a vibe of local corner bar meets Irish pub. Love that they have Hoegaarden on tap and serve it in the official clunky glass. Limited food options but what they have is very good. All in all, a nice place to meet friends for a drink. Great little place nestled in Simsbury, Connecticut. Went randomly last Sunday afternoon and was very surprised how dead it was for football sunday. This place has a great beer list and many specialty bottled beers that are difficult to get at times. This is a big seller for me. I personally enjoyed one of the sour beers they had to offer. They offer great food as well. We opted for the pretzel which came with a bacon and maple sauce for dipping. Then went a little bit rogue and decided on the Aged Brie to share this came with strawberry jam and crackers, it was pretty good. All in all I feel this is a great little pub to dive into and have a few good beers and try some of the food offerings. Looking forward to going back and doing exactly just that. We have spent alot of money at this place and kept going back thinking its gotta get better. We even reccomended this place to friends for a big event and the experience was a total flop for them. Overcharging for being rude is bad enough. Just stay away until a new owner turns this place around. Definitely a spot for the locals but not in a way that made a non local me feel out if place. The owner came over to the bar to check in on us. Didn't eat anything so I can only comment to say. From giving me and my friends a 5 minute lecture about behaving before we even walked inside to falsely accusing my friend of skipping out on an 8 beer tab, Mark's behavior has reassured me and everyone I know in town to never step foot in the Red Stone Pub again. It's a shame considering the lack of bars in town, but entering the Red Stone Pub and giving any business to Mark and that establishment would be a big mistake. I would check out McLadden's or Maple Tree, just stay away from the Red Stone. Also, the food and beer are awful. My favorite place in town. The Red Stone feels like home. Anyway,2 stars are for Taylor n crew they did a great job that night - tall skinny owner should think first about customer service I'd keep him in the kitchen. Thanks Was there with my brother in law a few weeks ago. The owner was super nice. His son built a fire. Well 3 weeks later we came in and were turned away. Never again will I visit this establishment. Who do you think you are?. Never to see you again. A very odd place to review. It's a very small pub in the center of town -maybe 8 booths and 15 barstools - that's it. The real star here is the beer - over 50 choices plus 15 wines all neatly written on their huge blackboard. Red Stone is most definitely a drinking establishment- There was a big crowd of drinkers seated on every barstool, they all red stone fränkisch crumbach like regulars. They seemed to know each other, and the staff seemed to know them. I sat at one of the booths and didnt really generate any interest from the staff. After I sat down, no one came over. I walked to the bar to order beer 1. I went to the bar to order a Reuben sandwich then sat down. My sandwich was delivered and I ordered beer 2. After the beer was delivered, no one came over to check on me. I went to the bar to get my check, paid and left. So suffice it to say that the customer red stone fränkisch crumbach was a zero. Certainly not the best Reuben I ever had, but serviceable. It was served with a choice of chips, slaw or a pickle. I went for the slaw, but was surprised to see they also gave me a really good whole pickle cut into 4 spears. I like a red stone fränkisch crumbach beer as much as anyone, but I don't know enough about the 50 beers offered to rave about any one of them. If you are a beer hound- you might enjoy the Red Stone. I can't see myself ever returning- what with the nearby Iron Frog and Lyme Bar offering so much more. Friendly, thoughtful staff with deep knowledge of the all-important beer. How about tasty sandwiches, nachos and pub grub!. A Wall of Foam board and ongoing discount rewards loyal customers who enjoy 50 fine brews within a year. A Quaffer's designation is reserved for a three-time Wall of Foam drinker 150, repeats permitted. Mark and Lori are wonderful hosts. Do not order the food. Like someone bought guac from a gas station and dumped in on a plate. Amazing beer selection, great atmosphere. Cozy and homey and everything a bar should be. I've sat in the back, which is like a warm little cave, and the bar area--last time I was there, they had good live music. I like the buzz and noise of the place. There are bar games in another room but I've never hung out back there. I bet it's a fun place to spend the evening. Love that they have Hoegaarden on tap and serve it in the official clunky glass. Limited food options but what they have is very good. All in all, a nice place to meet friends for a drink!.
